The first step is to reach out through our website inquiry form with a few details about your event.  Once we receive your info, we'll schedule a time to chat about how to customize your beverage experience.

Based on your consultation, we'll put together a price list for you to review.

Once we have your menu details locked in, you'll sign our agreement and pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost.  After deposit is received, your event will be locked into our calendar and we'll prepare to wow your guests!

About 60 days before your event (or sooner) we will send you a questionnaire to confirm we are on the same page with the details. 

This is the best part of the planning process!  If you choose to have craft cocktails on your menu, we ask to schedule a tasting session to ensure you're getting exactly what you want.  We can also set up a beer/wine tasting at one of our partnered retailers.

Our team will arrive 1 1/2 hours before the service start time to ensure a smooth setup. We will also handle the cleanup after the event, allowing you to relax and enjoy the experience stress-free.
